Kindergarten children got to get up close and personal with some prehistoric giants.

Holy Cross School student Warren Upton (6) reaches for a scale model skeleton of T-Rex displayed by the Dinosaurs Rock educational road show.

The event, sponsored by local business Juken New Zealand, gave children in care an opportunity to have fun and learn about ancient history with Darren of Dinosaurs Rock NZ.
